Aroma of faint dark malt. Slightly thick sweet maltiness in first taste, which immediately translates to a dryness, with some hop flavor coming in on the backside. Leaves palate fairly clear with a hint of dark malt sweetness and some hop bitterness. Very tasty.
Smell of syrupy French toast. First taste is interesting, but strange. Slight alcohol-y bourbon taste with syrup in the background. Doesn’t really taste like a beer, just kind of an alcohol laden sweet drink of some sort.
Bright, crisp, fruity hop aroma. Taste is crisp, almost more pilsner-like than pale ale. Hint of green, raw tasting hops in the after taste, but not bitter. In the glass I can see a slow motion dance of unfiltered particles as they move about.
Remind me of Rolling Rock somehow (maybe the can color), but brighter and crisper.
Fresh, clean aroma with hints of dark malt, but not overly sweet like stout aromas can sometimes be. Taste starts very smooth, then surges in with malt taste complexity and light crisp hop support, then fades to a fresh, dry dark malt flavor. Finishes with a clean palate, but lingering memories of all the taste complexity that was hiding in the last sip.
Strong citrus hop aroma. Taste is very fruity, almost like a bitter orange juice. Strong sweet yeast flavor with full hop flavor, which drops down very quickly, and then leaves a mild lingering juice flavor.
Strong aroma of fresh, green hops. Taste is a mix of hops and caramel malt. A bit to strong on the caramel malt for my taste. Finishes fairly clean/dry with lingering mix of caramel malt and green hop taste.
Heavy sweet aroma, with hints of alcohol hiding in the background. Initial taste is slightly sweet, but crisp. Fades and blends into various heavy, smooth, dark malt tastes. Minor aftertaste of slightly sweet malt- but not dark or heavy. Surprisingly drinkable for 10% ABV.
Bright, fruity hop aroma. Very sweet taste from yeast and the malt makes it very smooth, with no hop bite. Overall a bit too fruity and sweet for my tastes.
Strong sweet aroma of fruit and a sweet treat. Flavor has a crisp bite from hops intermixed with malt and yeast, that gives saliva glands a kick and immediately becomes mouth-watering. Aftertaste is a mild one of hops in background with a bit of mild malt taste. Overall finish is very dry.
Faint fruit juice aroma. Taste continues the juice impression, but combined with a mild IPA in the background. Finishes with some light malt flavors, a bit of hop bitterness, and the slight grapefruit juice taste.
