Very sweet aroma, almost like bourbon. Strong sweet flavor with a high alcohol bite with some hop sweetness. Follows with a strong malt taste which fades slowly into a high alcohol sweetness.

Odd Side Ales Black Citra Not so Pale Ale
Sweet, dark, and dry aroma. Sweet dark malt taste immediately followed by a rotated malt clean taste. Fades out fairly quickly and just gives you hints of malt to linger.

Flying Monkeys Smashbomb Atomic IPA
Dry aroma with a minor hint of hops. Taste has a moderate hop bite followed quickly by sweetness. Good balance of hops and malt comes in then fades out slowly. Leaves the mouth with a nice balanced flavor with hops winning out slightly. Not anything Canadian I’ve had before, actually has a unique strong flavor with nice hoppiness.

Two Beers Evolutionary
No real aroma. Nice mildly sweet hop flavor. Leaves you with a nice light hoppiness that fades out quickly and cleanly. Nice thick looking, unfiltered beer.
