Faint sweet dark malt aroma. Full mouth sweetness that gets replaced quickly by a dark malt taste that fades out smoothly. Leaves a faint sweetness lingering.

Slight smoky dark malt smell. Sweet dark malt taste that’s obviously present, but not too overpowering. Very little aftertaste other than a hint of dark maltiness. Very well balanced with a good taste that’s kept nicely at bay.

Sweet, almost vinegar smell. Very good clean malt taste. Finishes nicely with a faint malt taste. Very nice.

Uinta Dubhe
Dark sweet smell. Nice strong fruity hop flavor. Sweetness fades quickly and leaves a nice hop flavor. Eventually that fades and you’re left with a clean dark malt flavor like a good dry stout. Very nice but almost a bit too complicated combination of flavors.

Fresh aroma with very little smell. Full flavored first taste with a hop bite that quickly fades into a light fresh sweetness. Very clean.

Fresh, sweet smell. Taste is refreshing, slightly dry fresh grain taste. Finishes with a mild hop sweetness. Almost reminds me of fresh Koelsch in Cologne.
