Nice mild wheaty aroma. Sweet flavor initially that immediately transitions into a nice wheaty malt flavor that finishes quite cleanly. Leaves the mouth watering slightly waiting for the next drink. Very enjoyable.

Full sweet hop & malt aroma. Sharp bite of hops with a malt sharpness as well. Leaves you with a moderately sweet malt flavor. Best by 6/23/14, drank on 2/7/14.

Nice dry, sweet hop smell. Nice strong hop flavor with a bit of malt sweetness. Not much aftertaste other than a faint clean sweetness of grains. Delicious blend of go sweetness and malt grain flavor. Drank on 2/1/2014, so I made it in time.

Dry, sharp hop aroma. Sweet hop flavor that curls up your taste buds. Follows with a mild malt taste and finishes with a mild hop bitterness.

Rochester Mills Vanilla Stout Cask
Slightly sweet, clean aroma of vanilla and dark malt. Very sweet taste, quickly replaced by a maltiness that’s slightly dark malt flavor, but very mild. Sweetened with Michigan maple syrup and you can taste that in the initial flavor.

Arcadia B-Craft Black- Cask
Awesome big floral hoppy smell. Good bite of hops and malt that fades out to a slight malt aftertaste that fades out quickly. Tastes like a great hoppy IPA and a good porter merged together. Works very well together.

On cask. 100% centennial hops. Thick, sweet aroma. Starts in clean with a slight hop flavor. Finishes with a bit of maltiness, and a tiny hint of hops.

Griffin Claw Norm’s Raggedy Ass IPA- Cask
On cask. Clean hop sweet aroma. Clean taste of malt with slight hop sweetness, but not with a bite. A bit of hop aftertaste, but on cask makes this a very smooth hop delivery.

Greenbush Anger
Dry aroma of hops, dark malt, and almost like a cinnamon smell. Starts off fairly smooth, but the dark malt taste creeps in fairly strong, with hops lingering just in the background.
