Nice, broad, bright hop aroma. Taste has hop bite and then a mouthful of hop flavors and bitterness. Has a slight edge to the hoppiness, but not overpowering. Caramel malt sweetness in the background can be tasted in amongst the hop waves.
Bright, strong hop aroma. Sharp biting bitterness, with a hint of caramel malt in the background. Full on hop bitterness assault that’s somehow still drinkable.
Nice strong sweet hop aroma. Nice hop flavor that doesn’t have a harsh bite. Full hop flavor and maltiness, that gives way to a robust caramel malt flavor. This slowly fades and is replaced by a broad hop flavor that lingers.
Bought at brewery on 5/6/2018, date on bottom says 5/1/2018. I hope that’s a born on date, not best by…
Beautiful sweet aroma. Smooth mouth feel that’s a great balance of hops and malt. Aftertaste is slight hop fruitiness and clean malt in background. Full flavored and smooth, but not overpowering.
Nice hop aroma – sweet but not too strong, with a hint of fresh yeast smell. Nice full flavor that’s equal part hops, light malt, and yeast. Slight hop bitterness in the aftertaste.
Nice sweet hop aroma. Nice bite of hops with a sweet edge. Good full hop flavor that’s tasty, but not overpowering. Nice clean malt in the aftertaste, again complimented by the hops. Awesome.
Moderate hop citrus aroma, not too strong, balanced. Full mouth sweetness that comes in soft and ends resiny. Slight lingering sweetness of hops in aftertaste. No notable alchohol flavor, despite the 8.0% ABV. Aroma comes across much more balanced, but the flavor is pretty strong and resiny. This would be nice if it wasn’t so over the top with the resin flavor.
Sweet citrusy hop aroma. Crisp flavor bite, but with a resiny flavor that has some alcohol heat detectable. Gets a bit smoother on further drinks and/or as beer slightly warms.
I typically like everything on the cold side, but this one definitely needs to warm a bit to blend the flavors better and kill the resiny alcohol bite.
