Nice floral hop bouquet, with a tiny hint of dark malt in background. Very smooth, with hop flavor but no hop bite. Very interesting mingling of hop flavors and slightly sweet dark malts, with neither flavor taking center stage. Very clean, soft finish, with no real lingering flavors except a hint of malt.

Bright, fruity hop aroma. Very sweet taste from yeast and the malt makes it very smooth, with no hop bite. Overall a bit too fruity and sweet for my tastes.

Clean crisp aroma of hops and a bit of yeast sweetness. First taste slices through the palate cleanly with a hoppy edge and mild caramel malt sweetness right behind it. Finishes cleanly with a nice yeast flavor showing up, again supported by hop bitterness and mild caramel malt. Amazing flavor balance of all three with a full flavor punch that somehow doesn’t feel too heavy.

Clean crisp malt aroma. Slightly sweet flavor that quickly crispens. Leaned taste buds slightly puckered but with a lingering clean malt taste. Very nice.
I was worried since this was the last of a 6 pack from summer. Brewed on 6/30/2015, drank for this review on 1/9/2016, so a little over 6 months old. Taste has held up well, though, with only a mild sweetness detectable that I don’t recall before.
