No noticeable hop aroma. Sweet taste with a bit of bitterness on the back end. A hint of grapefruit-like palate cleansing effect, with a hint of bitterness. Smooth malt taste in the middle.

Filling Station Omena Harvest Ale
Fresh taste, not as hoppy as the description makes it sound. Fairly low bitterness bite, but decent hop flavor. Can taste the malt backing, menu days German pale, biscuit makes, and hint of crystal. I think I can taste the biscuit.

Blackrocks Grand Rabbits
Faint sweet aroma. First taste is fairly sweet and almost puckering. Finished smoothly with a sweet tinge that gives way to a neutral clean malt flavor.

Strong sharp aroma of hops. Clean hop taste that gets slightly bitter them blends smoothly into a nice slightly sweet malt taste. Very smooth, with nice lingering hop flavors.

Sweet hops smell with hints of fresh yeast. Crisp hop bite, with good mix of hops and malt. Dry, not to sweet or too much aftertaste. Maybe a hint of yeast flavor in mild aftertaste.

Sweet aroma, with a hint of roast malts. Nice crisp malt bite, replaced by smooth malt flavor. Ends with a roast malt taste.

North Peak Sinuous
Very sweet malty aroma. Thick frothy head. Hoppy taste kind of a sweet hop flavor. Aftertaste is a bit harsh.
Had this at winter beer festival and it was great. Having it now it’s just good.

Clean aroma is a mix of yeast and light malt. First taste gives a tart bite of hops, quickly followed by a full flavored hop mouthfeel.

Amsterdam Brewery Downtown Brown
Slightly sweet almost soap-like aroma. Full mouth flavor of sharp but sweet malts, just on the sweet side of stout black malts. Very crisp with a brief lingering fresh mild hop flavor that fades out leaving a fairly clean palate.

Bell’s Mars
Strong sweet aroma. Full flavored sweetness very reminiscent of Hopslam, but without the hint of honey sweetness. Hop harshness mixed with a malt sweetness that leaves a slightly harsh hop aftertaste. Can taste hints of the high alcohol mixed in there.
