Aroma is floral-sweet hops, with a sharp caramel malt smell. Taste is a level mix of floral hop flavors, moderate malt, and slightly dry crispness from the yeast. Finishes clean with mild balance again of all 3.
Blends much nicer, and more pleasant flavors as it warms. I’m not one for warm beer, I typically like it super cold. This one is definitely much better on the last half of the glass.
Aroma of sticky hop sweetness with hints of caramel malt. Clean palate taste of mild malt, goes down quite smoothly with mostly malt and a bit of yeast flavor. Way in the background is a minor hop bitterness. Very tasty.
Fresh, bright hop aroma. Thick mouthfeel, almost like drinking juice. Not overly bitter, but full flavor of pineapple-like hops fills the palate with mild residual sweetness lingering.
Sweet, strong resiny hop aroma. Very smooth taste with a solid light malt base and some yeast sweetness, with the hops playing more of a background role. Clean taste, with mild perkiness.
Sweet, resiny hop aroma. Crisp, but not biting flavor of hops balanced by a slight caramel malt taste. Leaves the palate clean, with hints of hops fading away into the background.
Sweet hop aroma, almost raw. Sweet taste that immediately transitions from the raw hop aroma to a smooth grapefruit-like taste, without the bite. Very smooth from a bitterness perspective, but a lot of different tastes lurking around the edges. Interesting.
Overly sweet, raisin-like aroma. Wow tangy, like a cross between a fresh-squeezed juice and a red wine. Not overly strong tasting, just lingers around in that juice/wine taste category. I don’t drink wine. Might be good if you like wine?
Sweet and thick hop aroma. Strange, almost sour/tangy flavor. Finishes without any bitterness, with a slightly sweet residual. Almost concord grape-like. Not sure I’m a big fan.
Muted hop aroma. Slight tang flavor at first, that traditions to a moderate malt flavor. Very slight malt and hops flavor lingers. Overall fairly smooth and not very hoppy for an IPA.
Faint sweet hop aroma. Crisp bite with a caramel crispness that’s distinct, but not too sweet. Very dry aftertaste with a palate cleansing bite from hops and the yeast. Very refreshing and tasty.
