No real aroma. Sharp malt bite with some hops flavor. Finished fairly clean with lingerings of a sticky malt sweetness and an edge of hops.

Very nice fresh fruity hop aroma. Sharp bite of hop bitterness. Hop bitterness mellows a bit then leaves a harsh bitter taste in your mouth.

Sweet aroma. Sharp hop bite of sweetness. Followed by a full flavor of hops and malts that’s replaced by a lingering hop sweetness.

Dark Horse Smells Like a Safety Meeting
Slightly sweet hop aroma. Fresh flavor bite with some harshness. Leaves the mouth with a crisp flavor with hoppy hints around the edges. Further drinks have much more floral hop aroma, as it warms slightly. Bottled on 5/13/2014, drank on 5/28/2014, so it’s very fresh.

Petoskey Mind’s Eye PA
No real aroma. Taste is a slightly sharp bite of malt and hops. Very malt forward with an accompaniment of hops rather than the other way around. Slight lingering of hops as aftertaste.

Faint sweet aroma. Slightly sharp bite that also has a fruitiness to it. Finishes very cleanly with a faint fruit sweetness that fades out slowly. Can definitely taste the orange peel.

Sweet aroma of fresh hops, slightly sweet malt. Clean crisp taste with a clear hop rawness. Finishes fairly clean with a lingering pleasant hop flavor.

Full sweet hop & malt aroma. Sharp bite of hops with a malt sharpness as well. Leaves you with a moderately sweet malt flavor. Best by 6/23/14, drank on 2/7/14.

On cask. 100% centennial hops. Thick, sweet aroma. Starts in clean with a slight hop flavor. Finishes with a bit of maltiness, and a tiny hint of hops.

On cask. Clean hop sweet aroma. Clean taste of malt with slight hop sweetness, but not with a bite. A bit of hop aftertaste, but on cask makes this a very smooth hop delivery.
