Sweet, slightly hoppy aroma. Almost smells like a sweaty armpit- but somehow not in an offensive way. Mouthful of hop sharpness and dark malt blackness. Not sure of the hop used, but this malt flavor would be delicious with a more citrusy type of hop. Leaves you with a slight malt aftertaste. Beer is much tastier after it warms a bit to around 40, rather than the 35 right out of the fridge. The hops and malt seem to balance much better slightly warmer.
Awesome big floral hoppy smell. Good bite of hops and malt that fades out to a slight malt aftertaste that fades out quickly. Tastes like a great hoppy IPA and a good porter merged together. Works very well together.
Dry aroma of hops, dark malt, and almost like a cinnamon smell. Starts off fairly smooth, but the dark malt taste creeps in fairly strong, with hops lingering just in the background.
Sweet, dark, and dry aroma. Sweet dark malt taste immediately followed by a rotated malt clean taste. Fades out fairly quickly and just gives you hints of malt to linger.
Very nice sweet, strong hop aroma. Initial taste hits your palate like a nice strong stout with a big roasted malt flavor. Somehow in a kind of seamless transition the dark malt flavor it’s replaced by a clean hop flavor that fades out slowly. Very interesting flavor combination and trip through the taste buds.
