Sweet, fresh aroma. Fresh, light taste with a light sweetness. Fades off and leaves a nice fresh taste with a slight hint of fruit.

Brasserie Lefebvre Hopus
No real aroma. Nice full flavored mild malt with a hint of sweetness. Finishes with a nice moderate flavor with hints of hops. Pretty decent, but not too much to get excited about.

Dark Horse Reserve Special Black Ale
Thick coffee aroma. Taste is quite like coffee, but also a strong dark malt flavor. Then the coffee and malt flavors kind of battle it out for center stage as the taste fades away. In the end, round off quite nicely.

Van Den Bossche Buffalo
No aroma. Very smooth, slightly sweet taste with a slight hint of fruit. Fades out nicely. Very nice faint hint of malt in aftertaste.

Duvel
Slightly sweet smell. Taste is a strong assault of slightly harsh sweetness followed by an intense champagne-like bubble. Finishes the bubble quickly and leaves you with the harsh sweetness that slowly fades away.

Moderate fruity aroma. Good full mouthful taste not too strong and not too weak, with hints of Belgian yeast. Finishes smoothly.

Slight sweet smell. Good sharp taste that fills the mouth then fades out quickly leaving a faint slight sweetness.

Moderate sweet smell. Moderate even sweet taste with a hint of hops and fruit. A bit of carbonation then fades off from sweetness.

Mildly sweet lager aroma. Mild malt flavor that fades out nicely with no real aftertaste. A bit boring.

St. Benedictus Abbey Achel Bruin
Moderate sweet smell. Very sweet taste with a slight hint of hop bite, but quickly overtaken by a fruit sweetness. Taste kind of wrestles between those 2 flavors for a while, neither one really losing. A confusion of sweet and dry.
More red in color than my phone gives it credit for.
