Sweet hop aroma, that fairly mild. Crisp taste that fades slowly to a mild malt and yeast taste.

Faint soft aroma almost like a mild fruit. Fairly substantial flavor bite at first of dark malt and yeast sweetness that gradually fades down to just a moderate clean malt taste.
The label says with chocolate and peanut butter. Can’t really taste the peanut butter, but maybe that gives some of the lingering nuttiness. As it warms, hints of the bourbon barrel sneaks in. But still very smooth.

Mild aroma of dark chocolatey malts. Tweaks the palate with dryness from the yeast and quickly fills in with clean dark malt flavors. Finishes fairly clean with hints of dark chocolate lingering on the edges.

Faint resinous hop aroma. Smooth taste on the palate, some mild hop flavors come in, mixed with some light caramel-y malts. Very light flavor overall, and easy to drink large amounts. But the flavor is so mild, it doesn’t really beg lots of drinking…

Bottled 9/30/2024, drank on 11/2/2024. Fresh, bright hop aroma. Easy on the palate with no real hop bitterness. Flavor slowly builds to a smooth hop taste that dominates, along with nose full of hops on each drink. Heavy on hop flavors, but low on bitterness.

Aroma is rich with dark malt sweetness. Taste starts a little slippery and harsh, then on the back end smooths out to a broad roasted malt taste. Not a great combination. Would like more of the second, less of the first.

Slightly hot aroma of the barrel age. Smooth dark chocolate taste with very little bitterness or aftertaste. Further drinks provide aroma and aftertaste of a very rich dark chocolate milkshake- but workout the sweetness.

Strong, sticky sweet aroma of resiny hops. Slight hop bite that immediately turns soft/smooth, them some minor caramel malt flavor. Leaves with hop bitterness and some yeast flavor.
It’s surprisingly very good for being an IPA just over a year old!

Bright, fresh aroma of hops, with a little bit of pine/resin. Slightly crisp hop bite on the palate that spreads out broadly to give tastes of both hops and malt. Full flavored, but not too bitter. Hops aftertaste lingers, then fades slowly.

Spicy, sharp, dark malt aroma with an alcohol aroma. Taste is very broad across the palate with a sweet softness. Finishes pretty clean with a slight malty sweetness. Slight hint of dark chocolate in the aftertaste, but not bitter or sweet, just kinda roasty.
